under10dollars is an online store offering discounted products priced under ten US dollars ($10.00). We operate as a dropshipping retailer: when you place an order, we arrange fulfillment through third-party suppliers who ship products to you.

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or have parental/guardian consent) to use this site and complete a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

3. Products & Pricing

All products on our store are offered at prices under $10 (exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping, if any). Product images, titles, and descriptions are provided for convenience and may vary slightly from the item you receive due to supplier packaging, manufacturing batches, or regional variations.

We reserve the right to update pricing, correct errors, limit quantities, and discontinue products at any time without notice. Extreme discount pricing is central to our business model and is reflected in our Refund Policy.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment for reasons within our control, we will refund the amount charged for that order.

5. Payments via Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. By checking out, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the order total displayed at checkout. You agree to Stripe’s terms and applicable card-network rules. We are not responsible for payment declines, bank holds, or delays caused by your financial institution or Stripe.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Because orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, transit times may vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and supplier location. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information you provided.

7. All Sales Final

Except where required by applicable law that cannot be waived, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
